    Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–4 business days across Kuwait.
    Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during holidays or high-demand periods.

  • Order Tracking
    Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking information to monitor your shipment.

  • Delivery Area
    Currently, we deliver only within Kuwait. For international inquiries, please contact our customer support.


🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

  • 14-Day Return Window
    You can return or exchange any product within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Free Returns
    Returns within Kuwait are completely free. To initiate a return, simply contact our support team via [email/phone/live chat].

  • Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  • Non-Returnable Items
